About TDLC Development

Dennis Parsons, project manager, has been a part of the homebuilding industry for more than 35 years. While his experience spans a number of well-respected residential and commercial builder’s, he has spent the last 11 years as a project manager with GHE & Associates. During his tenure at GHE he oversaw the conversion of four exclusive high-rise conversions with units ranging from $350,000 to $2 million. He also managed the construction of more than 40 custom homes from $1.5 to $6 million. Dennis also has experience in facilitating homeowner pre-start meetings, managing trade contractor bidding and working alongside sales teams on product development.

With TDLC, Dennis is responsible for oversight of 56 Palms, Safari Drive and various residential remodel projects in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
